Good morning parents and guardians,


Parent conferences are coming up. Paper reminders went home on Friday. Email reminders are also going home through the sign up web site. Looking forwards to meeting with everyone and handing out report cards.

12/15: Emergency Drill (please remind your child it is only a drill)

-Students have free dress this day (Christmas attire is encouraged)
-Students will be wearing their "Secret projects" shirts for the performance

12/17: Grinchmas Celebration-Students may wear Pj's but will still need to wear regular shoes (no slippers or sandals)

December family project: Disguise a Gingerbread Man! The project will be due December 10 (can be turned in before this) and presentations will occur the following day. Feel free to get as creative as you would like!

First week of November 11/2-11/6

Good morning parents and guardians,

What a busy fun week! Thank you to all the families that donated items towards our first Wacky Wednesday of the year and our Fall Classroom party. A bigger thank you to those that were able to help in the classroom. None of it could have been done without your help!
Amazing job the pumpkin book reports. I hope you have fun making them! This was our first family project of the year, and a first ever for the Kinder team assigning this project.
Next months family project is also really fun! More information will be going home on Monday (you will find some ideas below).

Also, WE WON THE ATTENDANCE SPIRIT STICK FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER!

Progress reports for the first trimester went home last week. I sent home two copies. Please keep the one with the list of assignment and return to me the overall score copy (I highlighted  where parents need to sign). If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
Here is our grading scale: 
Advance (A) 90-100%
Proficient (P)75-89%
Basic (B) 65-74%
Below Basic (BB) 50-64%
Far Below Basic (FBB) 0-49%
